When you request a quote by form, phone, text or email, we collect what you give us: typically your name, phone number, suburb, email address and details about the work you'd like done, including any photos you send.

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, schedule and complete your job, and follow up about that work. That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. We don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

Storage and security

Quote form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify) and delivered to our business email. We take reasonable steps to keep information secure and only keep it as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
